Photos from glass negatives of house in Richmond Hill at turn-of-the-century found by the current residents in their attic.
Thanks to the Richmond Hill residents who found some rare glass negatives of their home in the attic, these negatives were made into prints by our own Nancy Cataldi and made available to our website for all to enjoy.
The photos show their home during the turn-of-the-century. The house is still located at the same location on 108th Street near 86th Avenue. Note the empty space around the home. That's because this was the first home built on this block in Richmond Hill. Select the photos for larger view.
